As professionals, many of them would prefer not to show to their previous, current or future employers that they have benefited assistance in their job search. This is especially important when dealing with outplacement services and layoffs.

APPLICATION LETTER VERSUS COVER LETTER? 

An application letter refers to an unsolicited application while you are expressing your interest in joining a company. It is the document sent to an organization even in the absence of any job openings. 

A cover letter goes alongside your resume, while submitting your application for a specific advertised job opening. 

ARE THE APPLICATION OR COVER LETTERS READ BY THE RECRUITERS? 

Recruiters often do not have time to read them. However, as these documents are presumed to provide additional information about your skills and motivations, it is highly recommended to issue a letter upon any of your applications. PROVIDED it is customized to the position by relating both to your strengths and company profile. 

MY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IS EXTENSIVE AND I WOULD LIKE TO CRAFT TWO DIFFERENT RESUMES?

 Through our consultation, we can help to identify your highest employability trait and issue an impactful resume accordingly. 

Should you still have two different roles appropriate for you, we will help you craft a second resume and arrange your LinkedIn content in such a way the recruiters will stay attracted to your profile.
