Create your personal AI: a workspace your AI remembers

Every new chat starts from zero. You paste your documents again, you explain who you are again, and the AI forgets it all when you close the window. Put your work in one folder on your computer, add a short file that says who you are and how you want to be helped, and the AI reads it every time.

You will learn:

  • Sort your work into five simple boxes: things to sort, other people's sources, your own ideas, your projects, what you publish.

  • Write a file that tells the AI who you are, and house rules it follows.

  • Save a recipe for a task you repeat, and call it by name.

  • Keep a short journal, so you pick up where you left off.

I organise my own work this way, and I am still building my personal AI, with no programming background. I teach what I learn along the way.

This 4-hour course uses a LLM (Claude, Codex, Kimi, Gemini etc... which needs a paid subscription.
